The Dynamic golf shaft was first introduced in 1942 by the American Hoe and Fork Company. In 1949 that company changed their name to True Temper. In 1980 True Temper added Gold to the name and today the Dynamic Gold is the most popular shaft on the PGA Tour. 
 
The latest introduction to the Dynamic family is the Dynamic Gold Pro. Touring Professionals aim to hit every club from driver to wedge with the same peak height and the Dynamic Gold Pro is designed to help the golfer do just that. The shaft features include a progressive flex, weight and step design that promotes a higher ball flight in the long irons while controlling trajectory and spin in the mid and short irons.
