Question: What do Bubba Watson, Angel Cabrera, and Golf Etc. Wichita all have in common? Answer: we all have turbulators. What??? Yes, that means that Ping is launching the new G30 series of drivers, fairway woods, and hybrids. Our demo clubs are due to hit the store later today and we can’t wait to get them out of the box when they arrive.
 
When we do a driver or fairway wood fitting at Golf Etc. Wichita, one of the key components to help you hit the golf ball farther is ball speed. To generate faster club head speed and ball velocity for longer drives, turbulators were engineered onto the crown of the G30 head. Proven in wind-tunnel testing to reduce aerodynamic drag, the added speed from the turbulators is designed to provide measurable distance gains for all skill levels.
 
              
When you consider the G30, think maximum energy transfer and maximum forgiveness. The G30 also has 5 loft settings and multiple shaft options so that we can fit you into the best G30 for your swing. The new G30 may look a little un-Ping-like (at least it does to me), but it is a marriage of science, technology and a really cool look.
